As local counsel for a major wire-and-cable manufacturer for over fifteen years, Jackson had thousands of product liability cases dismissed, either through summary judgment motions or negotiation. In addition to her involvement in numerous asbestos trials which were settled or dismissed during trial, Jackson has tried six cases to verdict in California, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Allan D. Gutsche
Prior to joining Jackson & Wallace LLP, Gutsche had handled 11 asbestos trials to verdict. He has tried an additional seven trials since then, one of which was a consolidated group of 12 plaintiffs. In addition, he has begun a number of trials that concluded by settlement prior to verdict. He tried the case and assisted in the appeal of Lineaweaver v. Plant Insulation Company (1995) 31 Cal. App.4th 1409, which set the evidentiary standard of sufficiency of workplace exposure in California asbestos cases.

Peter K. Renstrom
