Mr. Bartell is a trial attorney who began his career in civil litigation in 1988 as an associate with Rosato & Samuels, a boutique law firm in Beverly Hills, California specializing in Insurance Bad Faith, Medical Malpractice and defense of general civil litigation. In 1996, he transitioned to the firm of Koletsky, Mancini & Feldman in Los Angeles, which specialized in Construction Defect Litigation for developers and subcontractors. He then accepted a position at Brady, Vorwerck, Ryder & Caspino in Orange, California in 1999, where he tried an inverse condemnation action, and various construction defect cases in California, and eventually Nevada (including its first, full-blown construction defect lawsuit lasting 4½ months), before opening up their Arizona Office in 2001 and trying Arizona's first class-action construction defect lawsuit. In 2004, Mr. Bartell was asked to return to Las Vegas, as a member of Yaron & Associates, to run their local office, with an emphasis in insurance coverage, general litigation, and construction defect.

He is serving as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas. Mr. Bartell previously served as a voluntary arbitrator, mediator and settlement officer for the Los Angeles County Courts. He also served as a Judge Pro Tem for Los Angeles Courts for approximately 7 years. Mr. Bartell has tried over 20 cases in three different states, including both judge and jury trials. In addition, he has participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations in all of his practice fields. Mr. Bartell became associated with the Firm in 2007, and manages the Las Vegas office.
