Ms. Blackburn has extensive experience in the areas of construction defense and complex contract disputes, personal injury, coverage disputes and product liability defense. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a partner at Garvey Schubert Barer where her practice focused on insurance coverage and defense, product liability litigation and business and commercial litigation. She has also does EPLI coverage disputes and professional errors and omissions for insurance brokers and agents as well as architects and engineers. Elected by her peers as a "Super Lawyer" in Washington in 2005 through 2007, she joined Jackson & Wallace LLP in 2006 as a Partner and manages the Seattle and Portland offices of the Firm.
