Ms. Burke manages the Firm's Estate Planning Practice Group. She practiced with the Firm from 1996 to 2000, spent a year with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and rejoined the Firm in 2001. She advises families on estate planning techniques and related estate, gift, and income tax issues. Her experience includes the preparation of estate planning documents (wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney for health care and assets, and marital property agreements), preparation of estate tax returns, estate administration, and probate. Ms. Burke also has experience managing complex litigation for the Firm's toxic tort defendants. Her litigation experience includes taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions for summary judgment, and two jury trials.
