Ms. Golub has had over 24 years experience in personal injury defense litigation. She has handled and defended cases in most all areas of tort practice, including products liability, elder abuse, professional liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and employment law. She was a partner at Kornblum, Kelly and Herlihy from 1984 – 1987, where she specialized in the handling of exra–contractual lawsuits against property and casualty insurance carriers. She then became a partner at Adams. Duque and Hazeltine from 1987 to 1993. In 1993 she became managing attorney for the San Francisco Staff counsel office for St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company where she handled a variety of commercial liability cases for St. Paul insured’s. and managed three offices of 30 employees. She has tried five cases to verdict, including two wrongful death cases and two cases with punitive damage exposure.
