Since joining the Firm, Mr. Gutsche's chief focus has been in the handling of trials on behalf of the Firm's various clients. Mr. Gutsche has also been responsible for pretrial work-up of high value/risk cases, including work with numerous expert witnesses, plaintiffs and factual witnesses.

Prior to joining the Firm, he handled eleven asbestos trials which went to verdict. He has had an additional seven trials proceed to verdict while at Jackson & Wallace LLP, one of which was a consolidated group of twelve plaintiffs.
