Mr. Hentschel began his career with Hoberg, Finger, Brown, Cox & Molligan, representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice, toxic tort and product liability matters. In 1999, Mr. Hentschel left the firm to become the Litigation Program Attorney for the University of California's Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), where he was responsible for creating and producing continuing legal education programs in the fields of litigation practice, tort law, family law, employment law and legal ethics. He also served as the moderator for several programs, including those dealing with deposition practice, witness preparation, jury instructions, professional liability and punitive damages. He joined the Firm in 2005 and works in the Walnut Creek office.
