Mr. Hull has extensive experience in the areas of asbestos and toxic tort liability defense, premises liability, personal injury, contract disputes, and bankruptcy. Mr. Hull actively practices in both Oregon and Washington state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hull was a senior associate at Todd Trierweiler and Associates, one of the largest bankruptcy firms in Oregon, where he was responsible for personal and commercial bankruptcy litigation and he managed the firm’s Beaverton, Oregon office.

Mr. Hull’s litigation experience includes trials in Washington and Oregon. In addition, Mr. Hull has arbitrated and mediated many cases ranging from asbestos and toxic torts, to personal injuries and contract disputes. Mr. Hull joined the Portland, Oregon, office of Jackson & Wallace, LLP in 2005 and became senior counsel in 2006.
