Mr. Keith began his legal career as an intern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. From 1997 to 1999, he was an associate at Bailey Harper Baker Arencible & Agudo in Miami, Florida, where he specialized in securities law, securities arbitration, and commercial litigation.

He joined the Firm in 2000 and became Senior Counsel in 2005 where he has specialized in the handling of product liability matters for building products and pump and valve manufacturers.
