Ms. Lintott began practicing law at the firm of McCormick, Barstow in Fresno, CA, handling business litigation matters as well as practicing personal injury defense in 1995. After receiving a defense verdict in a civil jury trial during her her first year of practice, she relocated to Santa Cruz, CA as an associate with the law firm of Burton, Volkmann & Schmal. While an associate at that firm, she tried three cases to verdict as well as successfully arguing four cases in the 6th District Court of Appeal. In 2003, she opened her own practice in Santa Cruz, focusing primarily on real estate transactions , plaintiff's personal injury cases, as well as construction defect matters, successfully trying two cases. She served as a Judge Pro Tem for Traffic Court in Santa Cruz County from 2004-2006. Ms. Lintott has been a licensed Real Estate Broker., since 2001, Ms. Lintott joined the Los Angeles office of the Firm in 2007.
