Mr. Lintz began his legal career in Los Angeles at Bonelli, Malone, Wood & Lyden specializing in medical malpractice defense. He later joined the San Diego office of Stockdale, Peckham, Estes & Werner to handle the defense of complex cases involving hospital/medical/dental malpractice, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

After several years in private solo practice, he relocated to San Francisco where he specialized in asbestos defense for Colombatto, Klimenko and Rosse. He joined the Firm in 2004, and became Senior Counsel in 2006.
