Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lyon worked for eight years with several San Francisco law firms as a litigation paralegal in commercial litigation, anti-trust, telecommunications, securities fraud and construction cases. From 1998 to 2000, he was associated with Koletsky, Mancini, Feldman & Morrow, in Los Angeles, representing subcontractors in construction defect matters, as well as handling general liability, personal injury, and commercial landlord-tenant matters. From 2000 to 2005, he was associated with Tharpe & Howell in Los Angeles, principally representing developers in complex construction defect cases venued statewide. Mr. Lyon specializes in complex construction defect litigation matters, principally representing subcontractors throughout Southern California, as well as general liability defense work. He joined Jackson & Wallace LLP 2005 as Senior Counsel in the Los Angeles office and became Partner in 2007.
