Ms. MacQueen joined Jackson & Wallace LLP in 2003 and brings to the Firm her significant experience in preparing and trying cases with potentially high liability exposure. Ms. MacQueen began her career in civil litigation as an associate with Kincaid, Gianunzo, Caudle & Hubert, Oakland, CA specializing in toxic tort and environmental litigation with an emphasis on medical/scientific causation. In 1996, she joined Burnham Brown where she enjoyed a broad general civil litigation practice including work with nursing homes involved in elder abuse claims. Ms. MacQueen has developed and delivered legal seminars and presentations including defenses in toxic tort cases, jury voir dire, economic damages under the Greathouse decision, electronic discovery issues and corporate compliance for healthcare providers.
