Ms. Morrison began her legal career representing defendants in civil litigation. In addition to her broad experience as a trial attorney with two insurance defense firms, Ms. Morrison was also the primary civil litigator for the County of Mendocino where she defended the county in both state and federal court in cases ranging from civil rights to premises liability actions. Ms. Morrison has tried three jury trials to verdict as well as several bench trials and has successfully resolved through mediation various cases in the fields of motor vehicle negligence, police misconduct, eminent domain, and premises liability. She joined the Firm as Senior Counsel in 2006 and became Partner in 2007.
