Mr. O'Brien began his legal career at Jackson & Wallace LLP as a law clerk in 1994 and practiced with the Firm in toxic tort and asbestos cases. In 1999, he joined the law offices of Fred Furth to handle antitrust and corporate litigation. He rejoined the Firm in 2001. Mr. O'Brien has nonstock merger and acquisition experience of midsized companies.
