Ms. Rapp began her career as a lawyer with the firm of Low, Ball & Lynch in San Francisco and became a partner there in 1994. Ms. Rapp has handled a variety of litigation cases including personal injury defense, construction defect, products liability, public entity defense and personal and commercial auto. She served as the training partner for the firm, which included the supervising and training of both associates and paralegals. In 1997, she joined the firm Babin, Seeger & Rapp, LLP, where she became a partner in 1998 and again served as the training partner.

Since joining Jackson & Wallace LLP in 2004, her practice has focused on construction defect, professional liability as well as representing defendants in asbestos and toxic tort cases. Her experience includes representing contractors and premises defendants, manufacturers and suppliers of friction material, and manufacturers and suppliers to the construction, shipbuilding and repairing industries. Since 2006, she has acted as the vice-chairman of the Firm's Construction Defect Practice Group specializing in complex construction defect litigation matters principally representing subcontractors throughout California. Ms. Rapp's litigation experience includes trials as well as arbitrations and mediations of over 150 cases in the fields of automobile negligence, products and premises liability, construction defect and public entity litigation. She joined the Firm in 2004 as Senior Counsel and became Partner in 2007.
