Mr. Wojcik began his legal career in Portland, Oregon handling medical malpractice and personal injury cases before moving to Seattle in 1999. He joined the Seattle office of Jackson & Wallace as a Partner in 2006, where he focuses his practice on litigating complex civil matters, primarily in the areas of professional malpractice, product liability, construction defect, personal injury and commercial litigation. Mr. Wojcik has over 10 years of trial, arbitration and mediation experience in federal and state courts of Washington, Oregon and Alaska. He also assists clients in developing risk management strategies to proactively avoid liability claims and related litigation.

Mr. Wojcik was named a "Rising Star" for 2004 and 2007 by Washington Law & Politics magazine and was awarded the "Random Acts of Professionalism" Award by the WSBA Professionalism Committee in 2005. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers and annually volunteers for the YMCA High School Mock Trial State Championship and University of Washington Law School Mentorship Program.
