Ms. Yuen began her practice in 1996 as a civil litigator with a focus on toxic torts, construction defect, premises liability and insurance fraud with Knox Ricksen LLP in Oakland, California. She was also an extern with the Honorable Joan Brennan, Magistrate of the United States District Court in San Francisco. Ms.Yuen was an adjunct member of the John F. Kennedy School of Law faculty and taught courses in Civil Litigation and Legal Research and Writing. She joined Jackson & Wallace LLP in 2007 where her practice continues to focus on toxic torts, including asbestos and silica claims.
