The State Bar of Nevada has published attorney Travis Barrick’s article entitled A Tale of Two Duties: Looking Out, Looking In, in the Nevada Lawyer magazine. This article discusses the role of professional parliamentarians in group decision-making. Mr. Barrick is also a professional registered parliamentarian (PRP) and consults for groups and boards, including, the National Press Photographers Association, the Nevada Association of Realtors, and the Office of AIDS Prevention for the City and County of San Francisco.
