Firm founder Gaby Jackson co-chaired the HarrisMartin Asbestos & Silica Conference held at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco, California in late September 2007, with Dean A. Hanley from Paul, Hanley & Harley. Fellow Jackson & Wallace LLP Partner C.J. Manoli moderated a presentation therein by two San Francisco County Superior Court judges discussing the conduct of successful settlement proceedings as viewed from the bench.

Jackson & Wallace LLP Associate Erin Polisano presented "Getting the Most Out of Your Witnesses" at the Paralegal Trial Preparation seminar given by the Institute of Paralegal Education. The seminar was held April 26, 2007 at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel at 303 East Cordova Street, Pasadena, CA.

Firm founder Gaby Jackson also co-chaired the HarrisMartin Conference: Litigation on the Edge - Asbestos & Silica, "California Style," in Sonoma, California on July 10th and 11th. Ms. Jackson co-chaired with Steve Harowitz from Harowitz & Tigerman. Ms. Jackson was also a presenter at the conference. She spoke about New Exposures and New Theories involving asbestos cases.
