Our lawyers have specialties in toxic tort claims made pursuant to NEPA and CERCLA. Notably in one case Mark Sayre argued and won a motion to dismiss in U.S. District Court for the Central District on behalf of a publicly traded company in a CERCLA indemnity action which saved that company potentially $35 million in claimed damages under intellectual property and unfair competition claims.
